First of all, what happened was that my PC didn't shut down properly because my mom accidentally unplugged it. When I tried to open my PC again, it got stuck at the login screen with the error "The User Profile Service Failed the Logon." When I tried to reset my PC, the error "There was a problem resetting your PC" kept popping up. I have already tried DISM restore health, SFC scannow, and attempted a system restore, but I can't access it because I forgot my password.Please, what can I do or buy to save my PC, by any means necessary?
