Alright, I reset my pc. But now whenever I try to get past the user select screen it give me an error code, it goes something like this: "The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." Now I already looked online for possible solutions and found I had to launch my pc into safe mode. I have tried this, but whenever I boot up safe mode its just a black screen. I can move my mouse around the black screen. I also tried booting its with internet and with cmd open. The internet did the same thing as seen above, but I did see the cmd screen. Please help me with my problem tha
