Problems with Files recovered after Blue Screen of Death.

Hey there, I'm an employee at a health foods store that just had their computer experience its first blue screen of death.The desktop looks completely different and is missing most of the files that we had on here before including important documents.I encouraged my supervisor to get an external disk drive for backup for future files and I began recovering the files through the software Recuva.
