Hello. my laptop was painfully slow and crashing, so I reset it and reinstalled windows. Initially, I had a business I was using the laptop for and used that email address to set it up. When I reinstalled it, I wanted to use the email address associated with a different business I own, but somehow it made the old email the default and admin account. I have tried adding the new business email as an administrator, but it still uses the old email and signs me in with it everywhere, and I have to log into everything manually with the email account I want to use.
