Win10 pro digital product key installed in my refurbished pc is indicating that it needs to be re-activated?

I bought a refurbished HP pc from FRY's Electronic about 10 yrs ago with Win-10 pro. Product key installed by the refurbisher was digital. Now, my pc is indicating that I need to re-activate the Win-10 pro and I do not know exactly where to locate the digital product key used by the refurbisher. When I logged into my Microsoft account under the devices tab, it indicates that the pc was originally installed with Win-10 pro. But how or where do I locate the digital copy of the Win-10 pro product key used by the refurbisher? The only Windows activation tag attached to the pc is a windows 7 pro be
