We spent almost 1hr on a chat with your support and they were absolutely of no help. This is a simple problem yet they were unable to help. I have tried to link my wifes account to my account in hopes I could be a parent and her a child and then I could change her birthdate but when I click on manage consent on her profile in the family safety page her profile does not show up as an option. Please help.
