When booting up the PC the taskbar will first become frozen, you can still hover over the icons but clicking on them does nothing. After going and restarting the file explorer in the task manager, the taskbar will start restarting like 10 times in a row before stopping. Once you again start using the taskbar (moving around icons, clicking on your notifications or your start menu) the taskbar and file explorer will again continue restarting.I have tried:sfc /scannowDISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth Starting a clean boot
