I'm trying to install a new clean copy of windows 11 on a nvme (Samsung 990 pro) and am having trouble getting it to work.

The drive will show up as a storage device in the bios but not as a bootable device. It shows up bootable in legacy mode, but if I try to run it as the boot device it just gives me errors. When ever I try to get the OS installed on the drive it restarts but doesn't act like the OS is even on it. In file explorer when running off my hard drive it shows the OS files.
