My audio driver doesn't work.

This started around mid-May when i tried to get the keyboard functions back like screenshotting, opening settings etc. It did work but then my audio wont work. When i went to revert back the update my commands got disabled but got my audio back. I did try the 3 ways to fix it but they didnt work (installing a new audio driver, uninstalling then auto reinstall and troubleshoot) My audio driver is from Realtek. I don't know what else to do.
