PC has been blue screening then black screen restarting.

My pc has been blue screening for almost a week now, and now today it has just black screen restarted. I have little knowledge on pcs and no clue what to do. My drivers are updated, I've run scans in command promt, and even a memory diagnostic. I have no clue what to do and have no money to take it somewhere to be looked at.. any advice?
