This is a recent issue. Started about 2 months ago. I am using Windows 10 on my laptop. I am the only person who uses my laptop. I have full administrator permission. My other software on my laptop are fine. I will give two examples of the issue. Now when I try to move a file to a different location on the C drive, a popup window appears asking me to give permission. All my Microsoft Word documents are now Read Only. I have checked all the settings and everything looks good. I have researched this, but nothing I have found has been any help. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
