I have a laptop that doesn't have a battery, so when I unplug the charger it turns off, I heard electrical outages can cause system files to corrupt and cause this blue screen problem, so one day the power went off and my computer too, it made a slight spark sound, but when it went back I started using my pc normally, the next day the pc frooze while I was using it, as it didn't recover from froozing I force a shut down and turn it on again, and then a blue screen appeared, now everytime appears in the startup: in it, sometimes the % gets stuck at a certain number (so I assume it frozes in the
