Is it safe to use Ultra UXTheme Patcher on windows 10 for change its look?

Like in my laptop, only because of my Processor I cannot install windows 11, so I think I use a windows 11 theme instead, I really want to have rounded corners on my softwares and many youtubers suggest using this tool but I am not so sure, so should I use it or not?
