PC boot loop

I have an old gigabyte motherboard.when I press power button on my PC it starts and do not even going to bios menu.and after few moments it shut downs and turn on again and repeat the whole process.i tried CMOS battery removal trick but it didn't worked at all.iwant to install windows on my PC with a bootable drive.what should I do.need a quick fix please.
