How to access local account when pin fails to work and password is lost and no reset disk is available.

After disabling device encryption in order to switch to mux for better performance and stability while using ac, I was required to restart my computer. After which, my pin fails to work(code: 0xd0000225). I fail to find my password and have no reset disk. How can I reset my password without resorting to resetting to fabrication settings? I have my laptops serial no. and ms product key. I have win 11 home.
