I can't join multiplayer on Minecraft

Hi, I have a minecraft account and I'm trying to make it so I can play multiplayer but I every time I try something to fix it, it says its disabled and to change it in Microsoft account settings. I've tried this link: https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Settings?activetab=main:privacytab but it still doesn't work even with me saying my Xbox account will let me. I'm not using console, I'm using windows 11. please helpI also have a Microsoft account too.
