My virus protection search history shows this Problem: "PUA:AndroidOS/ZkarletPlush" - v. Windows 10

I once downloaded something by mistake, which I then uninstalled immediately. It was also detected and blocked by the antivirus program. As far as I know, it's only dangerous if I connect an Android device to my laptop. However, I don't know whether the problem still exist or the antivirus program has already deleted it.I can't find the affected files and don't if they have already been deleted or not.
