the title bar is not showing when i hover on top

when i was playing some minecraft bedrock edition it opens in fullscreen and the percentage is always stuck at 40%the only fix for that is end task the runtime broker and guess what the title bar somewhat not showing hover on topwhats worst is i cant play the game on windowed mode cus my f11 key is broken for some reasoncan anyone find a way to fix the title bar problem
