Connect two PCs in different floors that linked to seperate network hubs with different ipv4 address and ipv4 default gateways via LAN cables

I want to connect some PCs in my office in diffferent floors that are connected to seperate network hubs. I am not professional in networking but it seems that ipv4 addresses and ipv4 default gateways are a little different beacause of this type of connection and we can not share folders.
