Zeno's Paradox
In Firefox's bookmark app's window a text box to edit bookmark names is near the bottom of the window (circled in red)such that when I open the on-screen keyboard the text box is hidden behind the keyboard. Circled in red below shows all that remains visible of the text box with the focus after the on-screen keyboard is opened. Before I tried to fix another bug with the on-screen keyboard, Windows would modify the bookmark app's window pushing the text box above the keyboard (to the blue area in above image). so I could see what i was editing.
