How to fix stop code: driver verifier dma violation loop

Hey there, I have had the stop code: driver verifier dma violation for the past 3 weeks. It comes in a loop and doesn't allow me to enter my laptop whatsoever. I've tried entering safe mode numerous times even taking it to computer specialists but they claim my laptop doesn't allow me to enter safe mode by the way shown when u press the power off button before the system fully operates multiple times. Does anyone have a fix for this ? If so will be very much appreciated
