Apple music and her problem with windows

Hey how's it going ? I need help because every time I try to open ''Apple Music'' I get the error saying ''you need to reopen Apple Music and then try again'' I simply did everything that needed to be done such as restoring, resetting, uninstalling and installing again, but nothing can solve this problem ;(
