Ok, there are a LOT of posts about this in various forums online (here, tenforums and elevenforum which I'm not sure are associated with Microsoft and therefore trusted sites). Let me put the question here in a nutshell, then explain how I got to this point.Summary: Does the registry look correct after changing Desktop, Documents and Pictures to use my local drive instead of OneDrive?
