has windows 11 and I was installing gta mods last night and every was fine untill I turned my pc on today. it takes longer to log in and when it does its just a black screen with cursor for 5 minutes then I get a pop up saying windows can't access specified path or file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access them. I can't open task manager I can't run cmd as administrator. Can't do anything with administration. But when I go into safe mode cmd then I can do the sfc scan it says it repairs corrupted files but when i restart it doesn't anything unless I boot into safe mode then r
