My PC experienced hardware issues ad i have changed my Hard disk to ssd. I've been using windows 10 home edision that time but at this time i installed windows 10 pro . I've tried the activation troubleshoot and it says "We wont be able to activate Windows on this device" . Ive also tried the product key below VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T It simply says its not a valid digital license or product key (0x803FA067) On the Update & Security > Activation section it says "the last product key (my ID) you entered cant be used on this copy of Windows (0x803FA067).
