I’m trying to reset my PIN because I forgot it (I don’t even know why I set one 
)When I try to reset it though, it says ‘use an email that exists’. Problem is, it’s the same one that is on the computer?? And when I click ‘make a new one’, it says it exists. Why is it contradicting itself? It’s not a school or work email
