Monitor goes no signal randomly + screen frozen which dots/pixels start appearing on the screen, PC is still turned on

I have been having this problem for a month now and it is still not resolved yet. Basically the video shows a monitor that has probably stopped working somehow I mean I'm tryna say that the screen has no response, I tapped on some keys in the keyboard and clicking the mouse, as well as moving the mouse and still no response, and you'll be seeing random dots or pixels in the screen that are colored red.This occurs for probably 10-30 minutes and I've been tryna fix this problem since the first place, and I even let my Father help me fix this issue.
