Hi long story short I factory data reset my computer because I was suspicious that it had a virus or malware of some sort. After its factory data reset, I updated it and full scanned nothing showed up as a threat. So, I go on offline safe mode to offline scan come to find out it says everything is disabled in the windows security and I can't turn stuff back on worst of all it wouldn't let me offline scan it basically said this will take a long time, but it wouldn't do anything I sat there for about 10 minutes clicked it again and it did nothing.
