Factory reset won't work

I bought myself a secondhand HP stream x360.There is still an account on it from the former owner, and i need to login in order to delete this account.I have to reset factory settings, and tried this simular times. A few different options were given, and i tried every one of them.When it is starting to reset factory settings, there is apperantly too less free memory?What do i do now? So i can finally use my laptop?
