Is it safe to uninstall my dedicated GPU drivers

I have an AMD Radeon GPU (apart from the Intel's integrated GPU). Lately it has been giving me a lot of problems like BSODs even after reinstall the drivers and trying other fixes.So I have been thinking if it is safe to uninstall the GPU drivers.
