Approximately how many users (in %) have English set on their device even though they have Swedish as their first language/native language?

When I check statistics from a Swedish website, it shows that 15% of visitors have an English language preference, but I assume that a large part of these have Swedish as their mother tongue. Someone who knows approximately how many Swedes have English language settings on their devices. Can't find such stats anywhere.
