Hi Long story short. The email I use for one of my accounts used to be used by my child. It is no longer associated with the child account. I have one account, say X. Under this account I have three children. Permissions for Xboxes etc all work well under this. I have another account, say Y. This account was fine until recently, and now when I log into my pc on that account and try to access things like photos or store it says Microsoft family features - youll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use (whatever) and then has a trace ID. When I click ask by email it then says something
