I want to disable "synaptics pointing device" icon from taskbar

Hi there is this annoying button in my taskbar tray "Show hidden icons" and I wanna get ridwhen I hover over it its called "synaptics pointing device" and I already tried right clicking and selecting "pointing device properties" and I couldn't find anything related to not showing this icons in taskbar
