Offline installation of .net 3.5 on windows 10

Hi, I have a windows 10 computer that I can't connect to the web, and I need to install .net framework 3.5 on it. Where can I find offline installer package that doesn't need internet connection? I tried to install with DISM and windows installation disk, as described here: Deploy .NET Framework 3.5 by using Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) but DISM failed to find the required files, even though the files were there. Is there another way? Thanks
