Over the recent weekend, I installed a new 2tb SSD, and afterwards was needing to set up a guest account. So while moving about 1.1-1.2 tb of Steam installs to the new drive, as well as about 480gb from one drive, to a different drive, I was also creating a local Guest User and was changing the Security permissions of my drives OTHER than my C: drive so that the guest can only see their own stuff within the C: and nothing else.
