Windows Server 2022 : Unable to windows update

I'm trying to install the cumulative (2024-06 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039227) and it fails: KB5039227. Retried it and get error: 0x80073701. What can I do to fix this?
