my computer went to blue screen -someone called it blue screen death to my computer -it says it can fix then it tells me no I have tried everything I think possible I did not want to lose all my pictures my files this has been so sad cuz I think its all gone 
I try to call you guys and no one is there to help -Im sure others have been going thru this is all lost or can it be saved I have a small business I never added any software or hardware nor downloaded any thing-please help
