two microsoft emails and wrong one listed as administrator

I have two Microsoft email addresses. When I got my personal computer almost 10 years ago I had it associated with my personal outlook email. We will call that email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** work also uses an Outlook email, which we will call *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, for whatever reason, when I go to my account info on my personal computer, my work email is associated with the administrator.
