Cannot connect PC and Pixel 8 Pro

Hello everyone, I just bought a Pixel 8 Pro, and tried to connect Phone Link on my PC. Both my PC and the phone have been connected but I can not connect my Pixel to my PC so I can see all text messages and reply to them or make a call from my PC. Please help. Thank you all in advance.Quang
