My internet works perfectly fine, and i’ve system reset my PC but I cannot access any sits other than things like youtube and facebook.

At first I thought it was a system update failure, and i tried a hundred different things, including trouble shooting the windows update, which still didn’t work. So i resorted to factory resetting my pc, and the problem is still there. I can’t access anything like discord or game clients, and I can’t access anything windows related. I can’t even redownload google chrome? I’ve tried everything I can, and I cannot seem to fix the problem.
