Have to reinstall WINDOWS SERVER 2019 in my company DC. But I doubt that the machine may reactivate with the same MAK key used.

Dear fellow community members,I have both the original and backup product key for my windows server 2019 standard edition GUI. Now due to some internal software issues Im planning to reinstall the OS from ILO in my company's HPE Proliant DL380. I am still searching for this clarification, that is if I reinstall from ILO without changing any of the hardware configuration , then as per the below picture can anyone kindly tell me is it possible to reactivate the server.
