Servers unavailable to recover files in DPM

We are using Microsoft System Center 2022 Data Protection Manager version 10.22.197.0 Update Rollup 2. The protection agents of my protected servers are working properly. Backups and recovery point creations are doing fine.I am not able to recover any files if needed. Clicking the Recovery tab in the list on the left no servers are being listed to recover an item from. (See image below)I have tried rebooting the server several times, including installing the latest updates to no avail.My DPM server is properly connected to the network and domain.
