Hi all, things I have tried:- Make sure that the Photos app is open on the iPhone, and remains open throughout the process.- Make sure the phone is NOT in Battery Saving mode (yellow collored battery).- Make sure that the screen is turned on (ie. not locked).- Right click on the Pictures folder and select Properties.- Click on Security Tab, click on your username and click on Edit.- Select Full Control check box and click on OK.I have also tried using different wires (USB A/USB C) in different ports in the computer
