"Microsoft Defender Antivirus" using LOTS of energy, heating up CPU incredibly!

Dear Microsoft,As many users have reported, i become the victim to high CPU powerdraw by Microsoft Defender Antivirus on the CPU.I've tried several things, such as whitelisting folders and files, disabling "Realtime Beveiliging" (in Dutch). The only solution to stop this high power usage is by disabling Realtime Beveiliging, or installing a 3rd-party Anti-virus software.This all started happening when i migrated from Windows 10 to Windows 11.Now, keep in mind my PC has high specs, and it's a shame that one bitty pitty piece of software manages to increase my CPU temp from 37 Celcius to 65 Celc
