Memory Integrity is turned off every time I reboot

I turn on Memory Integrity in Windows Security, reboot and it's on. That is until the next reboot where it gets turned off and I have to turn it back on and reboot.So every reboot becomes two reboots which is pretty annoying.Why does this happen?
