New Update causes my internet to randomly disconnect for 5 seconds

Idk if it's just me or anyone else, but after I updated to the recent version my Windows 10, the internet for me started to disconnect randomly but it does reconnect back. It's very frustrating if you're playing a multiplayer game or streaming and this happens in the middle.
