KB5039211 breaks my ability to print to my com port Roland engraver

I have a Roland EGX-30 engraver connected to my Windows 10 22H2 PC via a serial com port. I use Dr. Engrave 2.72 to design and print to the engraver.After applying KB5039211 (June 2024 cumulative update) it no longer works. All of the hardware shows to be ok in the device manager.If I uninstall KB5039211 it starts working again.Any chance this is a known issue that will be addressed in next update?Thanks
