Can not reset windows, can not boot, automatic repair fails, is my hard drive dead?

I tried everything i know. I tried booting normally, safe mode, any of the 3 options didn't work. Boot recovery always fails.I tried bootrec commands and everything i could find on internet, everything said it succeeded but still no boot. There is a error when trying to recover to factory settings, without any further explanation. Installation from USB and CD both led to no results so far.Windows 10 22H2.
