I am trying to set up a computer for an employee. When she goes into account settings and attempts to log in with her work Microsoft account it gives her the error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist." However, I know you can log in with our work emails as a Microsoft account because that is how my computer is set up. The work email also works to log into all of the Microsoft 365 suite of apps and online. I can connect her work email to the account on the "Access work or school" tab. The only difference I can see is that my work account is connected through Entra ID. How do I connect her wor
