Warning Not to Delete What Seems Like an Empty Menu in All Programsof Start

Somehow I have two HP StartUp folders in All Programs under the Start Menu.
One is empty, but the other has four reasonable entries. If I try to remove
the entry, it gives me an OK dialog that says HP Startup is a Window system
folder and is required for Window to run properly. It cannot be deleted. I
click OK, of course. The other folder is for programs related to my HP 6100
all-in-one printer.

Thanks. I missed it and will looked now. My question looked a bit buried.
